Technical Support Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a specialist to provide technical support to customers in the use of our company’s products. The main objective of this position is to provide the highest quality customer service by solving their requests, questions and problems related to the installation, configuration and use of our company’s products. You should be interested in automation, Internet of Things, Smart Home solutions, be ready to learn about new products and constantly improve your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and document user requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, messaging and email.
• Provide technical support and resolve technical issues for customers, including integrators and end users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with smart home products through log analysis, remote access, or on-site visits.
• If other specialists are involved, supervise the process of solving the problem.
• Ordering of all questions and decisions and, based on this information, making proposals regarding the content of the knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Technical education in engineering, computer science or related fields.
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of engineering systems of the house (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical networks, lighting, water supply, security)
• Experience in data collection, analysis and diagnostics would be a significant advantage.
• Technical support experience, understanding of customer environments and support practices would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to clients of varying technical backgrounds.
• Ability to effectively solve problems using analytical and logical skills.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for effective communication with international clients.
