Senior React Developer (вакансія неактивна)

IT Craft invites a Senior React Developer to join our team and contribute to a fast-growing, innovative turnkey system that provides cost-effective hiring and back-office solutions for recruiting, staffing, and HR professionals. Our products help eliminate administrative challenges associated with time-consuming HR functions such as payroll, compliance, and more.

We are looking for a developer with a strong sense of UI and UX quality, who can combine technical expertise with attention to visual details and user interaction. Ideally, the candidate has previous experience in UI/UX design or has contributed to the visual aspects of past projects.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS;
• Extensive experience using and creating custom React hooks;
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Experience in implementing styles according to design specifications;
• Proficiency with component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, etc.;
• Experience with various front-end bundlers;
• Knowledge of state management tools such as Redux, MobX, etc.;
• Skilled in developing RESTful web services and working with APIs;
• Experience with unit testing;
• Background in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous projects;
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
• Understanding of composition, typography, and visual consistency;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of design patterns;
• Experience in developing scalable systems.
