IT Craft invites an Automation QA Engineer to join our team, both for working remotely or in the office.

About the project:

Custom Enterprise resource planning system for one of the largest food manufacturers in the East Coast of the United States working in the b2b market. This is an internal web-based system that integrates all the main business processes including product management, orders management, billing and shipping processes, warehouse activities, etc.

The big challenging part for the team is to have frequent and stable deployment in a production environment several times per week. We are continuously looking for improvements in our processes and approaches: how we write code, autotest, project documentation, how we communicate with the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and support API tests using RestAssured + C# and UI tests using Selenium WebDriver + C#;
• Maintaining the automation framework and identifying and implementing improvements;
• Execute System/Integration testing and analyzing results;
• Writing test documentations;
• Other responsibilities related to Automation, QA and Testing.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial applications’ testing;
• At least 1 year of experience in automation testing;
• Understanding of Web application and browser functioning principles;
• Practical experience in implementing automated tests on different application layers (System, Integration, etc.);
• Experience with Git;
• Experience with bug tracking systems;
• Experience in writing test documentation;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of C# or Java;
• At least pre-intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working in an Agile Scrum development team, estimating and prioritizing testing tasks;
• Good understanding of QA methodology — test plans, test cycles, and software releases;
• Experience in designing/maintaining automation frameworks;
• Experience of API testing.
