Business Analyst (Office Or Remote) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for our current growing project. Any technical background is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with stakeholders and development team to identify technical and business requirements, write technical tasks, monitor and moderate their implementation;
• Lead discussion of requirements, considering needs of the project, preferences of stakeholders and moderate meetings;
• Work with product management and project management to prioritize & plan solution features for different solution releases;
• Business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis;
• Present requirements to the development team, ongoing communication and support along the whole cycle of implementation;
• Keep the project documentation for new functionality up-to-date;
• Coordinate business analysis and requirements analysis process, be the main and self-sufficient driving force in this process.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong knowledge of business requirements analysis methodologies;
• Understanding of the software development life cycle;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodologies;
• Good planning, organisational and time management skills;
• Advanced technical skills;
• Strong communication skills (work with development team and stakeholders);
• Good spoken and written English level.

Would be Plus:

• UX skills (users research, wireframing, prototyping);
• Highlight the risks and dependencies which might affect the delivery and timelines;
• JIRA/WIKI Software knowledge is highly desirable;
• UML knowledge and experience;
• Assist with UAT if required.
