IT Craft invites proactive, passionate, communicative person to take a position of HR Manager in our team. HRM will participate in creating, implementing and maintaining core HR practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
— Maintaining existing processes, such as onboarding and offboarding, conducting One-on-one meetings, etc.;
— Taking part in organizing effective communication inside the team;
— Developing creative solutions for team buildings, holiday celebrations. Support departments with their events and activities;
— Providing support to employees including answers on questions, researching and resolving issues;
— Participation in development and implementation of new HR-processes.
Skills and qualifications required:
— At least 1,5 years of experience in Human Resources in IT field;
— Experience in maintaining different HR processes;
— Experience in organizing events and team buildings;
— Great people skills;
— Solid planning and organizational skills;
— Good understanding of psychology;
— At least pre-intermediate English will be a plus.
