We are looking for an extremely passionate and highly skilled individual, experienced Employer Brand Manager who will be working in a team of talented people in an international development environment.
Candidate requirements:
— About 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
— Brand/marketing/recruitment experience
— Understanding of communications technology, such as e-marketing, web and social media;
— Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
— English at least upper intermediate (both written and oral);
— Excellent organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet varying deadlines’
— High emotional intelligence and stress resistant;
— Proficient with social media and content marketing (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook);
— A strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or SEM (Search Engine Marketing), algorithms and Google Analytics;

Обов’язки

— Launch and embed the newly created employer brand framework for experienced and new hires, across the business and markets, to enhance awareness, perception and consideration
— Advise and oversee how we communicate the employment brand through social media, content marketing digital channels, email marketing, recruiting events and job descriptions.
— Be responsible for driving brand awareness campaigns using multiple channels, including, but not limited to digital and social media
— Educate, upskill and partner with recruiters and sources to activate and localise the employer brand in key markets and develop effective employer branding and talent attraction strategies to enable the business to connect with, engage and hire target talent
