For this internship, you need to have:
— Understanding of Windows/Linux installation;
— Understanding of Firewall configuration, web servers concept (IIS), TCP and other IP protocols;
— Understanding of Deployment Process flow and SDLC;
— Technical problem-solving and analytical skills;
— Communication skills joint with the stress resistance;
— Excellent English writing & verbal skills;
— Ability to learn, self-organize and act proactively;
— Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and verbal communication).
Preferred to have:
— Understanding Agile (e.g. SCRUM) methodologies;
— Planning skills;
— Details and Target orientation;
— Self-control and time management;
— Excellent problem-solving skills.
In this position, you will be:
— Monitor the application’s error messages on a daily basis;
— Perform monthly monitoring and system health verification;
— Install\update system environments;
— Proceed with the initial Service Change Request for further escalation on the appropriate level;
— Handle break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, and software installations with the aim to provide RCA (Root cause analysis) for assigned Service Request;
— Regular updates for the assigned incidents on the engineer.
