Requirements:
— Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;
— Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
— Multi-tasking abilities;
— Patience when handling tough cases;
— Confident Computer User;
— English: Intermediate — Upper Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
— Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat;
— Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance;
— Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
— Perform the activity needed on a certain scenario ;
— Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
