About the Projects:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack WordPress/PHP Developer to join our team and work on scale content-driven websites in the online gaming and affiliate marketing industry. These platforms provide expert guides, industry news, state-specific regulations, and promotional offers, reaching a broad audience. Your role will focus on developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based and PHP/Symfony-based websites, improving performance, enhancing user experience, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress-based and PHP/Symfony-based websites.
• Work extensively with Gutenberg and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to build flexible and scalable content structures.
• Improve Core Web Vitals (CWV) by optimizing website speed, responsiveness, and interactivity.
• Optimize site performance, including caching, database queries, and asset loading.
• Implement new features and enhance existing functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs for various platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and SEO teams to ensure technical implementation aligns with business goals.
• Maintain high coding standards, security best practices, and version control workflows (Git).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in WordPress/PHP development
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in PHP.
• Docker, Kubernetes — hands-on experience, or willing to learn.
• Experience working with Gutenberg (custom blocks development) and ACF.
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals (CWV) and website performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress Hooks, Filters, WP REST API.
• Familiarity with Git, Webpack, and build tools.
• Understanding of MySQL and database optimization techniques.
• Symfony, Node.js — nice-to-have.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
