General requirements (must have):
● Comfortable with usage of SSH and command line
● Good experience with Git and Git-Flow
● Familiar with BitBucket
● Familiar and experienced with Docker
● Thorough in code reviews
● Basic understanding of kanban and scrum PM tools such as Jira
● Basic usage of Google Docs
● Basic usage of Slack

Front-end (must have):
● Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JS
● Solid understanding of Gulp or Grunt task runners
● Experience using any build and package management tools like Webpack, Yarn or NPM
● Experience with front end css frameworks e.g. Bootstrap and Bourbon
● Experience with solving front-end interactions using vanilla JavaScript
● Excellent WordPress theming skills
● Good understanding WP template hierarchy
● Cross-device and cross-browser optimisation
● Being able to build according to Sketch and/or Gallery.io files
● Solid understanding of page load optimisation and performance
● Solid understanding of accessibility

Back-end (must have):
● Proficient in OO PHP and MySQL
● Building WP plugins and themes according to Codex best practices
● Experience in building WP parent/child themes including theme options
● Experience in building WP plugins according to spec and provide recommendations
● Solid understanding of PHP and WP related security issues and solutions
● Managing front-end assets effectively — being aware of Page Speed impact
● Experience with Unit testing

Other Skills (nice to have):
● Experience with creatively solving common UI/UX problems
● Some experience with React
● Some experience with jQuery (if run into legacy code)
● Some experience with Gutenberg blocks creation
● Some experience with Linux servers and Apache2
