Hyperion Tech is looking for a Lead PM that will take the primary responsibility for setting up all scrum and delivery processes in developing an Agile mindset, improving practices, and guide teams to a predictable delivery.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of professional experience in similar role;
— Strong leadership and management skills;
— Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies in an organisation utilising Scrum for delivery;
— Have a history of solving problems, managing risks and overcoming challenges;
— Advanced English knowledge;
— Previous experience in Business Development or Asccount Management — would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
— Set up and maintain all scrum events and delivery processes;
— Provide customer satisfaction leadership, tracking and reporting;
— Establish and maintain quality and performance standards and measurements;
— Support the execution and improvement of backlog grooming;
— Assist in dependency management;
— Facilitate collaboration, communication, and conflict management;
— Mentor the Scrum Team on agile values, principles, and practices;
— Assist in the coordination of operational issue resolution;
— Facilitate team development, mediate conflicts and encourage healthy team dynamics;
— Introduce and encourage team to explore healthy Agile development practices, focus on quality and technical excellence, predictable and continuous delivery.
