Junior Lead Generation

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to become part of a growing in-house marketing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of proactive lead sourcing and early engagement activities that directly fuel our sales pipeline and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential leads using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Conduct initial communication and lead validation to qualify interest and fit
  • Maintain active presence on LinkedIn — creating posts, engaging with comments, and building community engagement
  • Manage lead data and follow-up activities in CRM systems
  • Schedule calls and meetings with qualified prospects
  • Work with the UpWork account to identify and engage leads

Requirements
Experience:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in lead generation or sales support
  • Strong understanding of UpWork and LinkedIn as lead generation channels

Skills:

  • Good English proficiency (minimum B2) for clear communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing lead workflows

Personal Traits:

  • Proactive and structured approach
  • Comfortable with repetitive outreach and engagement activities
  • Able to manage tasks independently and prioritize work effectively
