Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a mature Senior Project Manager who can fully own project delivery and client communication. Someone we can confidently introduce to a client as the main point of contact after the contract is signed.

This role is for a professional who does not need hand-holding and is able to significantly reduce the involvement of senior technical leaders in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from discovery to delivery
• Lead communication with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations
• Gather, clarify, structure, and prioritize requirements
• Validate timelines, budget, and resource feasibility
• Manage scope, risks, and changes
• Translate business needs into clear tasks for the team
• Maintain transparent reporting and project documentation
• Facilitate complex discussions and negotiations
• Ensure delivery quality and alignment with client expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager
• Experience working with international clients
• Ability to run projects independently without constant BA involvement
• Hands-on experience with discovery and requirements definition
• Practical experience managing budgets, timelines, and priorities
• Confidence in challenging unrealistic expectations
• Strong usage of PM tools (Jira / ClickUp / Linear, Confluence / Notion, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and accountability

Nice to have

• Technical background or strong understanding of software development
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Participation in pre-sales or solution shaping
• Experience in complex or conflict client situations
