Project\Product Manager

We are seeking a Project\Product Manager to drive product vision and lead execution of client projects. You will own the complete product lifecycle — from defining the roadmap to coordinating daily team operations. This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on project leadership: you’ll decide what we build and ensure it gets built on time and on budget.

You’ll shape products for property management, fintech, and B2B SaaS clients, leading Agile teams and making decisions that directly impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholders
• Define and prioritize product features based on client needs and business value
• Manage product and project lifecycle from concept to release and support
• Create and maintain key project documentation (PRDs, specifications, timelines)
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Manage expectations, scope, budget, and resources across projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage the development pipeline
• Ensure product quality through testing, reviews, and QA processes
• Identify risks, manage changes, and continuously improve delivery processes
• Leverage AI-driven tools and practices in development, testing, and documentation

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management with a technical background
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements definition
• Strong knowledge of Agile / project management tools (Jira)
• Understanding of modern web development (JS-based stack, APIs, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development workflows
• Awareness of AI/ML technologies and their use in product development
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Client-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) or similar Agile framework
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams
• Background in software development or technical understanding
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting environments
