About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic tech company specializing in custom software development. Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for core services: Full-Cycle Development, Complex Platforms, Mobile and Web Apps
- Promote Pre-Built Solutions as a competitive advantage for startups and enterprises
- Create compelling marketing materials that communicate technical expertise in integrations, automations, cloud infrastructure, AI, and performance engineering
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns and event marketing initiatives
- Manage lead generation and nurturing operations
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B tech marketing (software development, SaaS, or DevOps sectors preferred)
- Proven track record of running successful outreach campaigns and event marketing
- Hands-on experience with lead operations and CRM systems
Skills:
- Strong understanding of developer-focused marketing and cloud ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of startup landscape and enterprise needs
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages
- Experience working with content teams and managing paid/organic acquisition channels
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
