Lead Sales Manager / Head of Sales
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Lead Sales Manager to take charge of our sales efforts in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing industry ( ONLY ). If you are passionate about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a sales team to success, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to expand our client base globally
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring targets are met
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
- Oversee the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
- Identify and implement new client acquisition channels and innovative growth strategies
- Collaborate closely with the delivery, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless pre-sales and project onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies for maximum efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in B2B sales of IT services, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior sales role
- Strong background in IT outsourcing and outstaffing services
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Solid experience in strategic account management and complex deal negotiations
- Strong network of potential clients and partners in the IT industry
- Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

- Experience representing companies at international IT conferences and networking events
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in North American, European, or Australian markets
