We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze customer requirements, identify necessary resources for project evaluation, and develop high-level solution architecture.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to gather resources for accurate project estimation.
- Communication Strategy: Work with the sales team to define communication strategies and guidelines for engaging with clients effectively.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create commercial proposals that align with the identified client requirements.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to present project estimates and commercial proposals.
- Technical Objection Handling: Address and resolve technical objections from clients, such as explaining why a specific technology (e.g., React Native vs. Flutter) is better suited for their project.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical concerns effectively.
