We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer/Tech Lead to lead a team of 3-5 developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive tech stack experience and strong leadership abilities to drive our projects to success. This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates located within the Spanish time zone or similar for better coordination with the team.

About the project:
The project is IQ.wiki, which is a Wikipedia focused on the crypto world, and IQGPT.com, which is an AI also focused on the crypto world. The company (Braindao.org) mainly works on AI and crypto-related projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, NestJS, Ts.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with AI
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Fluent English

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using our tech stack.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, implement testing, and uphold best practices to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
