🧠Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years experience in sourcing and recruiting IT talents;
- Good understanding of IT technologies;
- Full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers).;
- English: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken);
- Hands-on experience with various selection tools and methods.;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive candidate experience.
💻Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and post job adverts through various channels.;
- Manage and execute on the full recruitment life-cycle, from posting an advert to closing candidates, in a high volume recruitment environment;
- Identify qualified IT professionals, through various sourcing techniques and serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter the best candidates;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
