— 3+ years of experience in IT sales
— Advanced English, written and spoken
— Analytical mindset and advanced search skills
— Understanding software development processes
— Knowledge of terminology and modern technologies (what is used for what)
— Excellent skills in building relationships with potential clients using various communication channels and media
— Good experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
— Experience with Hubspot / Pipedrive
— Friendliness and positive attitude in communication, customer focus
— Ability to competently and structurally build your own thoughts in conversation or correspondence
— Skills in making sales presentations
— Experience in preparing presales and digital project evaluations

Обов’язки

— Communication with potential customers to identify interest
— Building relationships with potential clients (LinkedIn, email, calls and etc.)
— Presale activities, preparation of project evaluations/quotes
— Closing transactions and working with contracts
— Maintaining relationships with Clients throughout the cooperation, increasing the level of happiness of Clients
— Analysis of Clients’ needs and elaboration of new niches of company business development
— Work in CRM to track contacts and leads
— Participation in sales and marketing activities of the company
