Our portfolio includes work with global brands like Microsoft, Snap Inc., Headline, and emerging tech leaders across SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Energy, PropTech, and beyond.

We are growing and looking for an SEO Specialist to lead our online presence transformation — from technical SEO foundations to AI search optimization (GEO/AEO). This is a strategic role where you’ll shape how the world discovers Hue&Machine.

What you’ll do:

• Lead our website SEO overhaul: Implement technical SEO fixes (URL canonicalization, sitemap, structured data, meta optimization)
• Build AI search visibility (GEO/AEO): Optimize for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini
• Create and execute content strategy: Plan pillar content (4,000-6,000 word guides), coordinate with writers, optimize for target keywords
• Build our backlink profile: Outreach to “Top Design Agencies” listicles, guest posting, PR coordination — grow the number of referring domains
• Monitor and report: Track rankings, AI mentions, organic traffic growth.
• Collaborate on website rebuild: Work alongside our design team to ensure SEO best practices are baked into our new website from day one

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience (ideally in a design studio, agency, or SaaS environment)
• Have proven results — show us traffic growth, ranking improvements, or successful SEO projects in your portfolio
• Understand technical SEO deeply — Schema.org, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization, site architecture
• Are proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4)
• Have experience with link building and outreach — you know how to get featured in roundups, build relationships with publishers
• Think in systems — you can build processes that scale, not just one-off fixes
• Have Upper-Intermediate+ English
  

Nice to have, but not required:

• Experience with AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) — this is an emerging field, and we’ll learn together
• Experience with design/creative industry — understanding what makes a design agency stand out
• Content writing or editing skills — ability to write or significantly improve SEO-optimized content
• Experience with Clutch, Dribbble, Behance optimization for design agencies
