We’re searching for a diligent Manual QA Expert with excellent English communication skills to drive our product quality to new heights. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in refining our current QA processes, leading the charge in ensuring our products are nothing short of excellent. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all manual testing activities for our IV products.
2. Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to ensure product requirements are met.
3. Review and analyze system specifications, providing actionable feedback.
4. Develop effective strategies and test plans.
5. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
6. Document, prioritize, and oversee bug reports.
7. Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
8. Mentor junior staff and lead by example.
9. Constantly update current knowledge about the latest industry trends and best practices.
10. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, introducing innovations and efficient methodologies.
