My Hero — an AI-powered chat app that allows users to interact and communicate with their favorite characters from books and series.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating romantic novels in collaboration with the editor and content strategist.
• Delivering on the weekly writing plan (3–4 books depending on level).
• Using AI tools in the writing process.
• Participating in brainstorms, discussions, and content performance analysis.
• Working with genres and plots aligned with market trends (understanding of Young Adult, New Adult, etc.).

Skills and experience needed for this role:

• Written English at B2 level.
• Experience working with long-form texts (portfolio is a plus).
• Confident use of AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini) for writing/editing.
• Awareness of BookTok and modern online novel genres.
• Willingness to work with romantic content.
• Openness to new technologies, proactivity, and readiness to receive feedback.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in market research and ability to spot content trends (e.g., via Reddit, Tubular Labs, etc.).
