The opportunity

We’re looking for a communicative stress-resistant person who will deliver exceptional support and value to Hiveon — the world’s number one software for crypto miners. This role requires a high level of communication skills and experience in crypto.

What makes you a perfect match for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support role
  • At least 1 year of experience in Crypto
  • Fluency English. You don’t need to nail Passive Voice in Past Perfect but you MUST be able to freely communicate with English speakers, in both written and spoken form
  • Good communication skills (obviously) + stress-resistance
  • Advanced soft skills to engage in a polite, professional, and timely manner with difficult clients to explain in-depth issues and resolutions
  • Time management skills

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for a variety of initiatives, including:

  • Provide daily support to users of our crypto-product including answering questions, helping customers understand the product, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the records of daily interactions with customers, report issues, and contribute to the improvement of support
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers while demonstrating problem-solving skills and excellent customer service
  • Be accountable for the troubleshooting, communication, and tracking of all issues
