• 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding / Communications or relevant field
• Experience in community management and organizing events
• You are strategic about projects and ideas
• Skills in finding insights 😉
• You know a lot about effective corporate communications
• High level of written and spoken English

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for a variety of initiatives, including

• Care about Hiveon’s internal and external manifestation (online & offline)
• Coordination of internal communications (Newsletter, All-hands, other internal tools)
• Communication with media, management of content creation and special projects
• Close collaboration with Sense team and People team to ensure the company’s strategy
• SMM and Job Boards coordinate according to our tone of voice, values, and strategy
• Other projects that we will set up together 🚀
