Our Lead Generation Specialist will work to drive and shape our business. You will work within the initial stages of the sales process, researching outbound prospects. You must be a highly motivated individual capable of working within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive nature are essential to build our client base.

• Written and spoken English at least at upper-intermediate level;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Comfortable making calls or willing to learn;
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects;
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, motivation, and self-initiative;
• A passion for metrics. You live for the data;

• Experience with a CRM system (Pipedrive, HubSpot);
1-2 years of professional work experience;
• Experience with lead generation and cold-calling;
• Experience in software product management;
• Manage multiple projects independently;

Обов’язки

• Have a proactive and creative mind set in helping to develop new lead generation strategies and tactics;
• Acquire new clients and generate business through prospecting, networking and qualifying leads within select markets, experimenting and learning efficient lead gen channels;
• In-depth, tactical research, which can be applied to the strategic qualification of existing and net new leads;
• Establish the foundations for strong, long lasting client relationships;
• Collaborate with various stake holders and internal teams to qualify and streamline the delivery of prospects, ultimately leading to opportunities and new business;
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership;
• Understand Hive’s products and customer journeys;
• Use marketing automation tools and related tech to measure results;
