We are looking for someone with:

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• a passion for sourcing and recruitment;
• can-do attitude, inspiring approach, and out-of-the-box thinking;
• strong networking and communication skills;
• working proficiency in English is a must.

As a Technical Recruiter/ Sourcer you will:

• develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches to meet hiring goals;
• build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
• perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ abilities;
• present resumes of suitable candidates to customers;
• keep the database up to date.
