— 1+ years of experience in design or technical sourcing
— Hands-on experience with different sourcing strategies
— Excellent communication skills
— Ability to present open roles to potential candidates effectively
— Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Hirey is a boutique recruitment agency for Design Leadership, Product Design, UI/UX based in Kyiv. We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help us bring top design talent to our clients’ teams.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current design openings.

Total salary consists of a base pay and a bonus part.

— Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Behance, Dribble)
— Review design portfolios and CVs
— Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates
— Collaborate with the Hirey team and determine position prerequisites
— Support Hirey’s mission to promote Design staffing as a separate discipline
