The Project

We’re an AI-powered marketing and communications firm. We build technology that helps organizations deeply understand audiences, generate winning strategy and content, and scale campaigns with speed and precision.

Our work operates on two fronts. One is a hands-on and high-impact agency, where we partner with clients to run strategic campaigns on a global scale.

The other is a product and R&D team building AI products to power the next generation of marketing platforms.

What you’ll spend your time on

• Architect and develop end-to-end for AI-powered applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, genAI, Agents, etc) into core products.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Optimize and scale systems for performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Firebase, and PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and their application in software development.
• Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor or other generative coding platforms.
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Passionate about clean code, with a strong eye for UX/UI design and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems and learning new technologies.

Nice to have:

Experience with the ad-tech ecosystem, Agentic systems, and best-in-class LLM based workflows
