International Lawyer (IGaming)

We are looking for an International Legal Counsel

Due to the continued expansion of a large international IT & iGaming holding, we are seeking an experienced International Legal Counsel to manage international contracts and provide comprehensive legal support across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full legal support of the project.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts (EU/Common law).

• Advising on international corporate structuring and day-to-day maintenance of non-resident entities.

• Providing consultation on any legal issues that arise during the project.

• Protecting intellectual property assets and resolving IP issues.
• Obtaining and maintaining gaming licenses across various jurisdictions.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Gaming companies, Gamedev, FinTech and International corporate and contract law (primarily under English and EU laws).

• Advanced English is a must.

• Expertise in international contracts, especially under EU and common law.

• Strong experience in international corporate structuring, maintenance of non-resident companies and structures.

• Extensive background in IP matters, ensuring protection of intellectual property and navigating IP knowledge bases;
• Experience in obtaining licenses—such as iGaming, crypto, etc.- would be a plus.
