Promo Manager (IGaming crypto)

About the role
We are a fast-growing crypto IGaming with a high volume of on-site content. We’re looking for a Promo Manager to own promo campaigns, bonus mechanics, and website content management.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing focus.

What you’ll do

• Manage website content (text & visuals): add, update, and remove outdated materials
• Plan and launch promotional campaigns, бонус offers, tournaments, and other mechanics
• Run A/B tests (campaigns, creatives), analyze performance, and optimize results
• Prepare clear briefs for designers and copywriters, and ensure delivery quality
• Coordinate translators working on localized content
• Handle requests from support and traffic teams
• Collaborate with the tech team to improve product features

Requirements

• Strong written Ukrainian
• Experience creating conversion-driven content (copy + visuals)
• Analytical mindset: ability to interpret campaign results and draw insights
• Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of web development and UI/UX principles
• English level B1+

Nice to have

• Basic HTML knowledge (text formatting, tags)
• iGaming experience
• Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
