As we grow, we’re looking for a versatile Project Manager who can effectively coordinate teams, drive project execution, and gradually transition to taking full ownership of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, QA teams to ensure smooth and effective workflow, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, status updates, and addressing concerns or risks
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Ensure contingency plans are in place for potential roadblocks or delays
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, ensuring optimal utilization of team capabilities and tools
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that development stays within financial constraints without compromising on quality


Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Project Management: Extensive experience in managing projects from the planning phase (including WBS creation, timeline development, Gantt charts, and roadmapping) through to post-production support
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with development principles
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (intermediate English or higher), with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions under pressure
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Atlassian tools: Extensive experience with Jira
  • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

Business Analyst skills, including:

  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Experience with process modeling and optimization
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
