• 3+ years in business or requirements analysis
• Advanced English level
• Solid knowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques, SDLC
• Experience working with business analysis and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence etc.)
• Experience working with Scrum teams
• Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
• Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills
• Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Stakeholders

• Technical background is preferred
• Good understanding of UX and design
• Certification in the related disciplines would be a plus (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CFLBA, CBAP etc.)
• Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (including visual materials)

The product enables clinical data exchange between source systems considered to be external to a payor or provider organization and their enterprise applications.

Highly scalable platform for cloud, on premise, and hybrid configurations. The technology stack is 100% Java, leveraging open source applications and frameworks at the core but heavily extended to support healthcare standards such as FHIR, and HL7. Identity management and self-sovereign technologies (blockchain and IPFS).
