Responsibilities:
• Providing full cycle of recruitment of IT specialists of different levels
• Maintaining candidates database
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate vacancies promotion channels/social network etc
• Conducting HR interviews and participation in Tech interviews
• Collaboration with hiring managers to create job descriptions
•Research the market and constantly learn and develop as a recruiter
• Collaborating with HR manager and participation in varios IT events
