• Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analysis, estimation, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing, status reporting)
• Be responsible and control the plan, budget, project resources within a certain amount
• Define priorities and make things be completed in time
• Own decision making within a defined level of authority
• Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives
• Monitor and increase the effectiveness of teams to achieve project goals
• Drive process improvement — identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements
• Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues and risks to the client
• Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation
