• 1+ years of testing experience
• Knowledge of methodologies and principles of testing
• Understanding of how web, mobile & desktop applications work
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture
• Experience in writing test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports)
• Ability to quickly understand complex ideas
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills: you can explain complex things in simple and brief terms
• At least pre-intermediate English

• Agile development lifecycle knowledge
• Familiarity with CRMs, live chats and other customer communication tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Basic ISTQB
• Understanding of how REST API and SPA (single page applications) work
• Understanding of CI/CD and corresponding tools (e.g. Jenkins)
• Basic understanding of programming and desire to learn test automation

• Requirements review
• Bug hunting & reporting via JIRA software
• Writing of test documentation
• Participation in Scrum meetings
• Active participation in the release/deployment process
• Participation in the product planning/estimation/development process
