Basic understanding of programming and desire to learn test automation
Ability to quickly understand complex ideas
Good communication skills: you can explain complex issues in simple terms
Good problem solving skills
Understanding of how web applications work
Agile development lifecycle knowledge
At least Intermediate English

Familiarity with CRMs, livechats and/or customer communication tools (Salesforce, Blackbaud, Intercom, Zendesk etc.)
Basics of HTMS/CSS/JS
Understanding of how REST API and single page applications work
