• Create high quality, fact-filled, thoroughly researched and engaging content for blog posts, e-books, case studies, email newsletters, help center articles, landing pages, etc.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, brand positioning and tone of voice)
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to create quarterly content plans and come up with new content ideas (in collaboration with marketing managers)
• Write and manage distribution content for Quora and other platforms when necessary
• Create engaging social media content
• Create website and service content as needed
