Lead Generation:
Research and develops list of potential clients
Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
Diligently follow up on and develop sales leads
Establish and maintain industry and partner contacts

Manage existing pipeline and meet target revenue
Manage the sales process from lead identification through close
Act as a solutions expert consultant in helping clients’ with their unique strategic initiatives.
Understand prospect’s requirements and represent those needs to internal staff
Close deals with the help of our internal staff

Monitor customer satisfaction
Monitor billing issues with customer and resolve them with Delivery.
Maintain current sales status in the current CRM system
Participate in sales planning
Present internal updates and case studies
Attend training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge
Maintain communication with customers for up sales
