● 1,5 + years of experience in project coordination and management of small project teams (3-9 people in a couple of independent projects).
● Experience in leading several projects simultaneously
● Being able to elicit and document project requirements
● Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
● Understanding of the software development life cycle
● Good planning and organizational skill
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
● Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff
● Written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced level) and a demonstrated attitude for communicating complex technical concepts and information in straightforward terms

● Knowledge of Spanish language will be a big plus
● Experience in work with requirements, risk management
