Lead QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring our high-quality product delivers Joy to every HealthJoy member as well as for making sure stability of service is constant and controllable from process and product perspective.
— Provide strategic leadership building a strong partnership between QA and software engineering, architecture, DevOps, product and project management domains, while keeping the product’s quality transparent across the entire org
— Build end-to-end STLC strategic and tactical plans including risk-management aspects
— Collaborate within your scrum team and our QA chapter to improve the process and team growth
— Mentor your QA partners to get the highest maturity growing as full-stack QA professionals
— Test requirements during review and grooming of new features
— Verify tickets during development, participate in executing manual regression testing
— Contribute to our automation framework with new UI / API tests
— Prepare Confluence documentation and environment for the demo
— Investigate outages and defects in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
