Your experience.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT sourcing.
Effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Google, StackOverflow, Github, X-ray searches etc.
Great networking within the local IT community in Ukraine.
Love to work with data and very structured in your way of working.
You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
A positive, team-orientated approach to your work.
You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interacts with HealthJoy has a unique and positive experience.
Highly responsible, following through on commitments with little supervision.
Fluent English (speaking and writing).

Your impact.

Build a sourcing process and define an optimal sourcing strategy to engage passive candidates through sourcing messages and creative outreach.
Continuously research the UA hiring market to enrich our candidate pipeline.
Reviewing and screening CVs, pre-screening according to vacancy requirements.
Working with ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions on.
Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with the People Operations team and management.
Attend UA Tech networking events, Meetups and conferences to attract talent and stay connected with the market.
You will help lead projects and process improvement initiatives.
