The team you will be working with:
System Engineering Squad ensures smooth operations and scalable growth for the business. The team designs and implements solutions to enhance the daily experience of everyone at Headway Inc.

What will you do:
- Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote), resolving hardware and software issues across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
- Support AV systems: projectors, audio/video devices, and video conferencing equipment (e.g., Google Meet) in office and remote setups.
- Administer and support collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and ticketing systems (as Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
- Maintain IT asset inventory: hardware, user devices, and software licenses.
- Manage requests through the Service Desk / ITSM / Helpdesk system, including escalation when needed.
What you need to join us:
- Experience as a Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer or similar role is a huge plus.
- Hands-on experience supporting and administering macOS and Windows devices.
- Familiarity with AV hardware and video/audio technologies.
- Experience working with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, FreshService, Notion, etc.).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN).
- Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
