Financial Analyst

This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the company’s outcomes. You will work closely with top management on strategic decisions and initiatives, allowing you to take ownership of essential aspects of our financial operations and contribute significantly to our success.

What you will be doing:

• Сollaborate to enhance business processes by gathering and analyzing data to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for existing and future business initiatives.
• Conduct plan versus actual analyses to assess business performance.
• Communicate effectively with product teams and management to align on future financial strategies.
• Contribute to month-end closing processes and assist in preparing detailed financial and management reports.
• Perform analytics and managerial accounting to evaluate team effectiveness.
• Calculate and analyze key business indicators to track performance trends.

What do you need to join us:

• 1–2 years of work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, modelling, and analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
