Right now we are looking for a productive Customer Support Representative to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements:
Advanced or Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must;
Strong written and spoken communication skills;
Analytical mindset;
Previous experience in technical support is a big plus;
Very good language, communication and listening skills
Ability to take initiative and handle stress
Ability to cooperate, be part of a team, work in a multicultural environment and also work independently
Constantly deliver customers feedback to your manager for further product development and improvements
Experienced PC used
Fast and accurate typing

Обязанности

Provide customer support via tickets, chat and phone.
Consult clients about service, features, payment options etc.
Resolve customers issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment;

You have to be prepared for:

Processing around 60 incoming tickets/day
Learning a lot about Digital Marketing and SEO in particular (we will give you the needed base)
Learning every feature of our products, ensuring a proper assistance to customers
Multitasking
