UX/UI Designer (iGaming)

We are looking for a talented and ambitious UI/UX Designer to join our team and create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our products.

📍 Location: On-site, Prague, Czech Republic/ Remote

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive Web & Mobile interfaces for desktop, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts that provide an outstanding user experience.
• Develop, maintain, and scale a comprehensive Design System, including components, UI kits, and design guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain consistency across all products.
• Contribute to product improvements by proposing UX enhancements and design solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Hands-on experience in iGaming, Betting or Sweepstakes products is required.
• Strong understanding of gamification principles, user retention mechanics, tournament systems, bonus flows, cashier/payment experiences, and other industry-specific UX patterns.
• Experience designing both Web and Mobile products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
• Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar into the design workflow to accelerate ideation, content creation, and repetitive tasks.
• Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and current UI/UX trends.
• A product-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio is required (Behance, Dribbble, Figma, or personal website) showcasing real-world UI/UX projects. Experience with iGaming, Betting, or Sweepstakes products will be considered a significant advantage.
