We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for IT and marketing roles within high-risk industries.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in IT, Digital Marketing, or Gambling/iGaming;
- In-depth understanding of role profiles for marketers, media buyers, affiliate specialists, and product roles;
- Ability to gather and accurately interpret client requirements;
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and conducting structured interviews;
- Experience managing clients and hiring manager communications;
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels and ATS platforms;
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively;
- English level: B1 and above.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates;
- Communicate with clients and provide regular reporting and updates;
- Build candidate pipelines and conduct proactive outreach;
- Maintain and update ATS and internal databases;
- Collaborate with sourcers and other team members;
- Represent Hantix at industry events and expand professional network;
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
