Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruiting for IT and marketing roles within high-risk industries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience recruiting in IT, Digital Marketing, or Gambling/iGaming;
• In-depth understanding of role profiles for marketers, media buyers, affiliate specialists, and product roles;
• Ability to gather and accurately interpret client requirements;
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and conducting structured interviews;
• Experience managing clients and hiring manager communications;
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and ATS platforms;
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively;
• English level: B1 and above.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates;
• Communicate with clients and provide regular reporting and updates;
• Build candidate pipelines and conduct proactive outreach;
• Maintain and update ATS and internal databases;
• Collaborate with sourcers and other team members;
• Represent Hantix at industry events and expand professional network;
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
