We are looking for a strong and ambitious Middle Sales Manager who can set up an effective sales process of our SaaS (Service as a Subscription) model. We have a proven traction and a well defined buyer persona that now needs to be scaled to a whole new level.
A person at this position has a good career opportunity — to become one of the first sales managers in the sales department of a quickly growing business and have a potential of growing into a lead / head of sales position over time.
— 2+ years of experience on a similar role;
— English level — Upper-intermediate (fluent written and spoken English with good comprehension skills);
— Experience with sales tools and automations: Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper etc.;
— Experience in managing the full sales cycle;
— Experience in drafting commercial proposals, preparation of presentations and contracts;
— Experience working with Linkedin;
— Strong negotiator.
— Generate leads, negotiate contracts and close deals;
— In the future, recruit, train and manage new sales reps as we grow;
— Manage and scale up the sales processes;
— Develop outreach strategies to attract new customers proactively and efficiently through different channels including phone, email, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), etc.
