Accountant (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an Accountant who will manage day-to-day accounting in Odoo and ensure accurate, compliant financial records for our international operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting in Odoo ERP, including invoicing, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the Odoo Accounting module
• Oversee accounting for multiple entities: LLCs, FOPs (Private Entrepreneurs), and international contractors
• Prepare and submit tax calculations and filings in compliance with Ukrainian legislation (VAT, profit tax, 1DF, etc.)
• Handle multi-currency transactions and cross-border payments
• Prepare financial statements: Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports
• Payroll processing: Calculate and manage payroll for local and remote teams, including payroll taxes and compliance
• Participate in audits and assist in maintaining tax and accounting compliance

It’s a Match If You Have:

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT sector or international companies
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting (mandatory)
• Experience in Odoo setup/customization of accounting workflows and reports is a strong plus
• Solid knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax regulations; knowledge of other jurisdictions is a plus
• Proficient in financial data analysis, including Excel and dashboards
• Good understanding of FOP/PE (Private Entrepreneur) management structures
• High attention to detail, process-oriented, strong analytical thinking
• English level:B1 + (for communication and documentation)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IFRS or international financial reporting standards
• Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or advanced Odoo reporting
• Experience with cryptopayment
