As a Product Research Analyst at Hacken, you’ll play a key role in improving how our Web3 security and compliance services are researched, structured, and delivered.
You’ll dive into market research, analyze client needs, and transform data and feedback into actionable ideas that improve how we build, package, and deliver our solutions.

This is a hands-on, research-driven role for someone passionate about cybersecurity, blockchain, and the business side of technology — a curious, analytical thinker ready to grow into a full Product Manager role.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct feature and pricing comparisons, competitor benchmarking, and product positioning analyses.
• Collect and organize client feedback and requests to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Design and refine product structures, pricing models, and communication strategies to increase clarity and market fit.
• Identify new business models, feature sets, and market verticals within cybersecurity, compliance, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Track key product and business metrics (sales, client retention, adoption, feedback quality) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of market trends, attack vectors, and regulatory changes across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Conduct ongoing technical and competitive research on blockchain protocols, networks, and security tools.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Product, marketing, and research teams to align initiatives with Hacken’s overall strategy.

It’s a Match If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, research, cybersecurity, blockchain, or tech-related roles.
• A strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with data, researching, and drawing conclusions.
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to structure complex information into clear, logical deliverables (reports, analyses, product docs).
• You are proactive and self-driven — you don’t wait for instructions, you seek solutions.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.
• English level B2+, comfortable for research, documentation, and client communication.
