We are looking for a passionate, crypto-native Trainee Blockchain Researcher to support our research and analytics team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone deeply immersed in the crypto ecosystem who is eager to contribute to a variety of research and data-driven tasks across centralized exchanges and blockchain projects. You will play a key role in identifying promising projects, gathering market intelligence, and supporting ongoing analysis of crypto exchange listings, features, and risk indicators.

What You’ll Do:

• Continuously scout and identify new crypto projects, tokens, and centralized exchanges.
• Analyze features and offerings of centralized different exchanges.
• Manually gather and organize data related to exchange listings, project features, and compliance tests.
• Conduct on-chain analysis to identify key metrics, activity trends, token movements, and project behavior.
• Assist in collecting raw data for internal metrics and scoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior researchers on ad-hoc investigations, data deep dives, and reporting.

It’s a Match If You Have:

• Deep interest and active participation in the crypto/web3 space (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, trading, etc.).
• A proactive attitude toward research, analysis, and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with various CEX platforms and major blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain).
